These Terms and Conditions explain the key details of booking with Eye of Morocco (EOM).

Booking Terms & Conditions – Eye of Morocco (EOM)

1. Tour Prices

Tour prices are shown on our website. Costs depend on the trip length, destinations, group size, type of hotel, and included services or activities.

2. Discounts

Sometimes we offer special prices or promotions. These may be applied automatically or by using a discount code. Details are listed on each tour page.

3. Taxes

Prices shown do not include taxes. A 14% tax will be added at the time of booking. Tax rates can change depending on local rules.

4. Hotels

We choose hotels based on comfort, location, and service. Standards may differ from one city to another. If you have special requests, let us know when booking. We will do our best to meet them if available.

5. Transport

Eye of Morocco (EOM) uses its own vehicles and, when needed, works with trusted transport companies. Delays may happen due to traffic, road conditions, or technical issues that are out of our control.

6. Deposits

A 40% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and cash on arrival (if offered).

  • If the balance is not paid on time, your booking may be canceled and the deposit lost.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel more than 30 days before departure → deposit kept as fee.

  • Cancel 30 days or less before departure → full amount charged.

  • No refunds for no-shows or unused services.

9. Changes to Bookings

If you want to change your travel dates, hotels, or activities, extra costs may apply. Changes also depend on availability.

10. Insurance

We strongly advise buying travel insurance to cover medical needs, cancellations, or travel disruptions.


Activities

  • Booking: Activities should be reserved in advance through our website or by contacting us. Walk-in bookings are subject to availability.

  • Requirements: Some activities have age, health, or size limits. Please make sure you qualify before booking.

  • Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions from our guides.

  • Weather: Some activities may be postponed or canceled due to bad weather. We will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Equipment: Any equipment we provide must be used carefully. Damage caused by negligence may result in extra charges.

  • Waivers: Some activities may require signing a waiver form before joining.

Entrance Tickets

  • Ticket Prices: Costs can vary by season or provider. Eye of Morocco (EOM) does not control ticket prices.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Ticket refund policies depend on the place. Please check their terms.

  • Responsibility: EOM only books the tickets for you. We are not responsible for what happens inside the site or for any problems with staff there.

  • Changes: If a site closes or an event is canceled, EOM will try to provide alternatives or refunds.

  • Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or political events.

  • Liability: Our responsibility is limited to the services we provide directly as described in your booking.

Travel Packages

  • Itinerary Changes: Sometimes plans may change due to weather, road closures, or supplier availability. We may adjust the itinerary if needed.

  • Third-Party Services: We work with trusted hotels, drivers, and local operators. However, we are not responsible for services that are outside our direct control.
